eSleep_dHealth course has officially started

We are happy to share that the eSleep_dHealth course has officially started, marking an important step in the project’s progress. Over the next 12 weeks, students will participate in an interactive and interdisciplinary learning experience on Moodle, focusing on sleep medicine digital health and entrepreneurship.

The course is structured into weekly modules, with new content becoming available each week. All educational resources will be open-access via Educa platform, ensuring long-term availability. To encourage collaboration and knowledge exchange, students from all three partner universities are working in interdisciplinary teams, each supported by a dedicated mentor.

Following this, students will take part in two learning expeditions, where they will engage in challenge-based activities focused on addressing the needs of the elderly population as a vulnerable patient group. By the end of the course and social innovation incubator, participants will have gained valuable insights into digital health innovation and its application in sleep medicine, equipping them for future challenges in the healthcare sector.
